NEW DELHI: A majority of students at University of Delhi appeared for examinations conducted on Thursday despite Eid al-Adha celebrations, with around 1.35 lakh undergraduate students attending the exams, university officials said.Delhi University Controller of Examinations Gurpreet Singh Tuteja told PTI that, although the final attendance figures were still being compiled, most students scheduled for the examinations were present.
