The Trinamool Congress has announced support for a no-confidence motion against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla ahead of the second phase of the Budget Session. Congress MPs have accused the Speaker of partisan conduct, blocking opposition leaders from speaking and unfairly suspending MPs.
