The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on Monday called for an immediate investigation into the alleged embezzlement of offerings at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, urging the government to take strict action against those responsible while renewing its demand that temples be managed solely by devotees.

AYODHA: The Faizabad Bar Association has refused to provide legal representation to the eight accused arrested in the alleged Ram temple donation embezzlement case, passing a resolution that also imposes a Rs 5 lakh fine on any member who appears for them.
