Nagpur: With barely a fortnight left for ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the 2026 electoral rolls, residents of SC-dominated North Nagpur have alleged that booth-level officers (BLOs) have failed to visit their homes to fill the mandatory enumeration forms, in violation of Election Commission of India (ECI) norms. They pointed out that under the prescribed guidelines, BLOs are required to carry out a detailed door-to-door physical enumeration exercise between June 30 and July 29.
