The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a warning to teachers involved in evaluating Class 10 and Class 12 board exam answer sheets after noticing posts related to the process appearing on social media.

CBSE has issued a circular instructing teachers involved in Class 10 and 12 exam evaluation to avoid sharing misleading or confidential information on social media to maintain exam integrity.

The CBSE has issued a stern warning to evaluators of Class 10 and 12 board exams against sharing any information on social media. Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said that the evaluation process is strictly confidential and governed by established protocols.

The theory paper carries 80 marks, split evenly between Part A: Introductory Macroeconomics and Part B: Indian Economic Development, each worth 40 marks. Project work adds another 20 marks, bringing the total to 100.

Among the sections, the unseen poem emerged as the most demanding portion of the paper. Teachers noted that it required deeper analytical reading and a closer engagement with meaning and context.
