NEW DELHI: A Delhi court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to collect additional specimen handwriting and signatures of an accused in the NEET-UG paper leak case, accepting the agency's contention that fresh samples are required to compare a large number of handwritten documents recovered during the investigation.

Patna: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday clarified that its investigation into the theft and distribution of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test- 2024 examination question paper found no evidence linking Sanjeev Kumar alias Sanjeev Mukhiya alias Lutan, to the crime. Consequently, the agency did not file a chargesheet against him in the case.
