Sources have told India TV that the SIT, which was constituted by the Uttar Pradesh government earlier, will submit its report within the next 24 hours. The SIT have found that irregularities in recruitment process was one of the main reasons that led to the theft.

"There were some issues from our side that we will raise, like 'chanda chori' (donation theft), faith fraud regarding Lord Shri Ram Temple. The revelations that have been made, every day, new things are coming out. The kind of 'chanda chori' and faith fraud scam which has been created in Ayodhya, that issue we will surely raise," he said.
