NEW DELHI: Samarth Singh, the husband of Twisha Sharma, a model-turned-actor from Noida who was found dead at her matrimonial home in Bhopal, on Friday appeared at a Jabalpur court to surrender, his lawyer said.

The observations were made by a two-judge bench of the Supreme Court which included Justice BV Nagarathna and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, while hearing a plea on reservation benefits for the creamy layer among the backward classes.
