Days after the Jantar Mantar protest ended, several women who participated say they are facing coordinated online harassment. A report by The Hindu documents allegations of doxxing, rape and death threats, and the circulation of personal information, raising fresh concerns about online safety and the targeting of women protesters.

AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj offered protection to students protesting at Jantar Mantar. He assured them of support against any threats from right-wing groups. This announcement followed a Delhi government order regarding legal action for protesters. The order stated no further adverse action would be taken against participants. However, individuals with criminal backgrounds will still face consequences.

"What relation did these people have with NEET? The demand of students and their sentiments are genuine. But it is a matter of investigation as to who were the people who infiltrated the protest and were trying to hijack it," Jha said.

The complaint was filed by Smriti Singh, a resident of Ghaziabad on Wednesday at the Expressway Police station against Ruchika Singh, a resident of Noida, an officer said.
