PUNE: A man who helped recover realtor Ketan Agarwal's body moments after he fell from Lohagad fort has claimed that while visitors at the spot were in panic, Siya Goyal remained calm.

Pune Police on Friday recreated the crime scene at Lohagarh Fort on the outskirts of the city.

When asked why Siya never informed her family that she wanted to call off the marriage, she allegedly said she did not want to hurt them.

Probe in this case started last month after a government medical officer came across a video of a woman undergoing sonography for illegal sex determination.

Ketan Agarwal, 25, a director and chief marketing officer in his family's real estate business, Success Group, died after falling from the fort.

In an emotional statement on the Pune Fort murder case, Siya Goyal's mother, Pooja Goyal, said that whoever is found responsible for Ketan's murder should face the strictest punishment, even if it is her own daughter. Recalling Ketan's affection for her family, she said he treated her with immense love and respect.
