Hyderabad: Remanding back a case to the lower court, the Supreme Court has directed Telangana high court to examine whether a gate, fence and retaining wall erected by Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) at Bathukammakunta in Amberpet should be allowed to remain at the site, saying it will not examine the validity of the petitioner's justification at this stage.

The Allahabad High Court, in a stingingly worded order dismissed a criminal writ petition filed by the husband, who had levelled serious allegations against his wife and daughters, holding that the case was founded on "a bundle of falsehood" and did not warrant any direction for criminal investigation.

The High Court ordered that all records relating to Wangchuk's treatment at Safdarjung Hospital, including medical reports and treatment documents, be transferred to Medanta Hospital to facilitate the continuation of his treatment.
