CBSE Class 12 Re-Evaluation Portal Opens Live: On May 29, the board said its post-result portal for verification and re-evaluation of answer sheets will now become operational from June 1, 2026.

Concerns are raised about the company awarded the contract and the quality of scanning. This development follows previous allegations of mismanagement in the CBSE's Class 12 exams.

CBSE has faced repeated digital disruptions, from QR code rows in Class 12 papers to OSM delays. The board has issued clarifications, but the incidents have left students confused.

Controversy over CBSE's On-Screen Marking system intensified after a 17-year-old's investigation into tender changes and alleged security lapses. The report claims eligibility criteria were relaxed and safeguards reduced, raising concerns about transparency in awarding contracts to Coempt Eduteck.

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said he takes responsibility for the CBSE results controversy and promised action over lapses. His remarks have kept focus on unanswered questions over answer sheet mix-ups, portal access claims and trust in the board.

As the allegations spread online, users noticed the portal link started showing a "404 Not Found" error, adding to concerns about the situation.

The CBSE on Tuesday opened the post-result facilities for students through its official websites, CBSE and CBSE Re-evaluation Portal, amid concerns over lower-than-expected Class 12 scores and the implementation of the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system.

CBSE also shared a step-by-step video guide to explain the process for mark verification and re-evaluation. Students are advised to watch it carefully before applying to prevent mistakes.
