NEW DELHI: The Centre on Tuesday reiterated in Parliament that it is prepared to hold a discussion on the NEET paper leak case and all related issues, with Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju stating that the government remains ready to debate the matter under parliamentary rules.

Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Wednesday moved a motion in the Lok Sabha seeking the suspension of Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee for the remaining part of the ongoing Monsoon session of Parliament, after allegations of indecent behaviour and use of intemperate language against women MPs.

Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have been adjourned for the day amid Opposition uproar over police action on student protesters on July 20 and demands for Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.
