NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Ratna Singh on Sunday said she had spoken to the mother of the Noida teenager who was booked for allegedly using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar.
