For students already under pressure from competitive exams, admissions and uncertain cut-offs, the technical breakdown has added another layer of anxiety.

The team will specifically assess portal stability, server performance, and the robustness of the overall IT infrastructure.

Students, parents and educators have reported on social media receiving blurred, sometimes illegible scans. Others pointed to entire responses left unmarked by examiners.
